IT Security Level

We offer 2 levels of IT Security

All devices are protected by two-factor authentication that requires retinal scanning. Failing the scan 3 times results in an ejector seat removing the interloper from the building.

As above, except Warren will stand outside your premises overnight, wielding a baseball bat and doing his best to look menacing.

IT Support Levels

We offer 2 levels of IT Support

We install remote monitoring software on each device which regularly scans/monitors your device for problems and/or irregularities.
Some solutions such as software updates and security patches are applied or scheduled automatically.
Issues requiring support team remediation will trigger a notification, informing you of the issue and advising you to schedule a support session with one of our technicians at your standard ad-hoc support rate (billed in per minute increments.)

As above, except there is no additional charge for support team intervention as unlimited support is included.
In addition, our team will also receive the notifications - often leading to them repairing the problem straight away.
